3. HuaWei Energy-Efficient Metrics Modal *


This project (Huawei Energy-Efficient Behavior and Comfort Experience Design Project Team) focuses on optimizing energy usage behavior and comfort in office buildings through interdisciplinary research, aiming to achieve energy-efficient thermal comfort, influence user energy consumption behavior, and establish a user experience-centered evaluation model.
Through preliminary research on Huawei Antuoshan Campus, combined with UES, Heart, TAM models, and ISO standards, we identified 7 typical scenarios and proposed 18 innovative strategies. Competitive analysis of platforms such as WeLink, Enterprise WeChat, and Feishu helped define the design framework.
Insights from roundtable discussions and B-end administrator interviews highlighted key design priorities, including refined scenario-based design, lightweight C-end interactions, optimized incentive mechanisms, and seamless behavior tracking.
This project enhances renewable energy utilization  in building systems, contributing to the achievement of carbon neutrality goals.
