2. M-POS


Aiming at the scenario of picking and cashiering in complex retail systems such as large-scale superstores: we found that the existing system has the problems of low operational efficiency and high cost, etc. 
In this system, POS is not only a simple payment tool, but also a data manager connected to various departments and personnel in the superstores.
So we designed a scalable micro-POS based on the concept of the existing POS, and through the method of  Hall's three-dimensional model of system engineering, we carried out problem analysis, goal decomposition and the construction of evaluation...
